My primary specialties include eating disorders, body image work, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ issues, relational and attachment wounds, trauma, and neurodiversity.
I am practicing the art of uncoolness. When I’m not in my therapy chair, you can find me reading sci-fi in the park, writing lovably terrible fiction, having thoughtful conversations with my cat, and being as much of a nerd as possible.
Prior to joining Treehouse Counseling in 2025, I spent two years as an Associate Eating Disorder Therapist at Center for Discovery in Portland, Oregon. From 2022 to 2023, I worked in two advanced field placements in Las Cruces, New Mexico: an adolescent PHP/IOP mental health program at Peak Behavioral Health, and a school-based mental health program at Organ Mountain High School.
I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Mexico State University (2023), with a minor in Integrative Behavioral Health. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Oregon (2020), with minors in law and Latin.
