Ages Served: 5 and up
Specialities: Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, Relationships, Trauma
I offer individual therapy (ages 5+) for children, teenagers, and adults, both English speaking and Spanish speaking. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, peer conflict, life transitions, grief, and supporting domestic violence survivors. I practice from multiple theories, including Person Centered, Play Therapy, CBT, Strengths Based, Relational, and Mindfulness Approaches.
I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that brings meaning and fulfillment. My priority is to create a space for clients to feel seen, safe, and heard. In the therapy room, I’ll be providing unconditional positive regard, warmth, acceptance, and a trusting relationship.
If you’re ready to take the steps to live a fuller, self actualized life, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy listening to music, going on walks, reading, and spending time with my loved ones.
I have been working as a Counselor since May 2025. I also have experience working as an ABA Therapist for autistic children, a Confidential Student Advocate for college students in crisis, and a crisis volunteer for crisis TextLine.
