Specialty Areas:

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in your unique experience. I have experience working with youth and young adults from diverse backgrounds, including those who are neurodivergent or have intellectual and developmental disabilities. I also have a special interest in supporting parents. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can move at your own pace, guided by your voice and values. Whatever you’re navigating, I’m here to support you with care and curiosity. I draw from DBT, person-centered therapy, values exploration, and sensory-aware practices like play therapy.

Outside of the Therapy Space:

I love spending time by the river during the warmer months, enjoying acupuncture, visiting playgrounds throughout the year, and making art just for the joy of it with my child.
